Chelsea planning shock move for 24-year-old Spanish midfielder

 Chelsea are interested in a move for Dani Olmo this month as Todd Bhely continues to search the market for attacking talents. The RB Leipzig attacker could become an alternative to Noni Madueke if the winger becomes challenging to achieve, but the Spain international already courts heavy interest from many other teams.



The 24-year-old playmaker could become an exciting option in the current window or during the summer, as his contractual situation at RB Leipzig is alarming. The Bundesliga attacker’s current contract ends in 2024, which has alerted many possible suitors about his availability.



Bundesliga giants stay uninterested in entertaining offers for the Spanish attacker, but the stance might change if a solid proposal comes their way. Dani is a regular for the Bundesliga side and the Spanish national side. Still, calls continue to increase over a return to his homeland, with Barcelona reportedly keen to sign Olmo.


The London giants are in the market for attacking reinforcement to improve their underwhelming campaign. Their attackers have yet to find the rhythm, and owner Todd Boehly is aggressively trying to sign footballers for the club. The Blues doesn’t have a pattern to their targets, but some of the names mentioned are high profile.


They need someone who can play in wide areas and centrally, which Dani Olmo regularly does for club and country. The London giants have good relations with RB Leipzig following the deal for Christopher Nkunku, while they are also talking for Josko Gvardiol over a future move.
